Generally speaking, stainless steel is regarded as rust-free material. Substantially, stainless steel is not rust-free but rust resistant material owing to a film produced by nickel and chrome contained in stainless steel. Under certain conditions such that the stainless steel is exposed to wind and water containing salt or rust propagates from other material, it does rust.

We polish surfaces of a stainless product by buffing (#400) to a mirror surface finishing to make the most use of the rust resistant property so that substances causing rust can be removed from the surfaces by rain or wind.

Ladders and roof ladders are mainly used in high places such as the rooftop of a building or an apartment building so that there is a risk of a slip and fall when going up/down the ladders.

We knurl the steps of the ladders using a rolling machine having a high capacity of rolling and a metal die having sufficient depth.

Therefore, users can go up/down the ladders with a sense of security.

For example, a stainless ladder is polished by buffing (#400) and the steps of the ladder are covered with a plastic bag. The ladder is packed in a corrugated cardboard carton with W-packing material by parts to protect the product from damage before/after installation. Additionally, we apply a film to the surfaces of the product or wrap the product with a hemp cloth according to its material and shape to maintain the quality of the product during delivery, transport, and storage.

These contrivances protect the product from flaws and adherence of liquid concrete, dust, and paint during delivery by a carrier and during installation, maintain the quality of the product, and prevent useless replacement until it is handed over to a client.

During installation, there are many construction materials and tools on a construction site. Building hardware having been installed on the construction site (such as a ladder and a hanging ring) may be damaged by the materials or the tools. If the hardware is damaged before it is handed over to the client, it must be replaced or reinstalled.

To reduce the risks, we figured out an ingenious way to install a product without removing the protective film, protective bag, or plastic ring, which prevents the hanging ring from contact with a flat bar. The protective materials are removed immediately after completion of the installation so that the building hardware can be handed over to the client smoothly with its quality maintained.
