We manufacture various types of hanging rings installed on rooftops, such as hanging rings used for Urban Renaissance Agency and municipal housing and MLIT-certified hanging rings as well as hanging rings for general use (with a round bar/flat plate). We also manufacture hangers and hanging hooks.

Materials and Surface Finishes

We manufacture these products using various materials such as the most popular stainless steel, SUS304, rust-resisting SUS316, low-priced SUS430, and SS400 (iron) mainly used for plated products.
Surface Finishes
The standard stainless steel products are polished by buffing (#400).
The standard products made from SS400 (iron) are hot-dip zinc-coated.

Load capacities (static loads) of the standard hanging rings are as follows:
- Hanging rings with a round bar (for general use): 300 kg
- Hanging ring with a T-shaped flat plate (for general use): 670 kg
- Other hanging rings: 1 ton
Daiwa Kenkozai manufactures products in compliance with the manufacturing procedures prescribed internally. To ensure the load capacities of the products, we take samples out of the products periodically for tensile tests. The tensile tests are outsourced to a third-party organization.
